What to include
- Which app or extension, and its version if you can find it
- Your device and operating system version, or the browser for an extension
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
You never need to send passwords, payment details or personal documents. We will not ask for them.
