Yonga Orders terms of use

What you can expect from Yonga Orders, and what it expects from you.

These terms are an agreement between you and Yonga Works about Yonga Orders, the app that appears as “Orders” on your phone. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

What happens to your data is set out in the privacy policy.

The agreement

Yonga Works gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to install Yonga Orders on your Android devices and use it for your own business. The app and everything in it, apart from what you record, belongs to Yonga Works.

You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live. The app is made for adults who run a small business and is not meant for children.

If you got the app from Google Play, Google Play’s own terms also apply to the download and to any purchase.

What the app does

Yonga Orders is an order book. It keeps your customers, your orders with their days, prices and payments, and the pictures that go with them. It shows what is due and what is still to be paid, reminds you, and fills in the messages you send to your customers. You can always write or correct an order by hand.

The app works on your phone. Reading a customer’s message or a chat screenshot into a draft order is an online service that you can switch on or off. With it off, the app remains an order book you fill in by hand.

Yonga Orders does not take payments, does not issue invoices or receipts, and never sends a message to your customers by itself. It is not an accounting, tax or legal tool, and nothing it shows is advice of that kind.

Automatic reading

Messages and screenshots are read with the help of AI services, and automatic reading makes mistakes. It can miss an item, read the wrong day or amount, or take one customer for another. The app shows what it read, asks you about every part it is not sure of, and saves nothing as an order until you have checked the draft and saved it yourself.

Check each draft before you save it, and check your book before you rely on it. What you save is your decision, and so is what you promise your customers.

Fair use

Reading a message costs us money each time, and we do not charge you for it. For one maker’s ordinary use there is no limit you are likely to meet.

To keep the service available to everyone, there are technical limits on how much one installation can send in a minute and in a day, and on how much the whole service handles in a period. When a limit is reached, reading pauses. What you brought in stays on your phone, and you can write orders by hand until it resumes.

What you must not do

  • Use the reading service for anything other than keeping your own orders in the app.
  • Send it automated or bulk requests, or try to get around its limits.
  • Try to break, probe, overload or reverse engineer the app or the service, except where the law gives you that right.
  • Bring in unlawful content, or other people’s private information that has nothing to do with an order.
  • Copy, resell or redistribute the app.

We may suspend reading for an installation that does any of these.

Your order book

What you record is yours. You give Yonga Works permission to process what you bring in only as far as needed to provide the reading you asked for, which includes passing it to the service providers described in the privacy policy. We claim no other right over it.

Your book lives on your phone, and we hold no copy of it. Android’s backup, when it is on, keeps a copy of the book without its pictures in your Google account, and you can export your orders, payments and customers to a spreadsheet. Keeping a copy is your responsibility. If you delete everything, uninstall the app or lose the phone without a backup, what was on it is gone and we cannot restore it.

Your customers’ details

Your order book holds other people’s details: your customers’ names, what they ordered, and sometimes their addresses and phone numbers. You are the one who collects and uses them, and you are responsible for doing so in line with the rules that apply where you work, including telling your customers what you keep where the law asks for that.

Bring into the app only what you are allowed to use and what an order needs, and crop the rest out of a screenshot before it is read.

Price

Yonga Orders is free to use. If paid features are added later, they will be optional, and their price will be shown before you buy. Purchases would go through Google Play and follow its refund rules.

Changes and availability

The app is provided as it is today, and it will change: features may be added, changed or removed.

The reading service depends on our server and on third-party providers. It may be slow, paused or unavailable at times, and we may end it. If that happens, the app keeps working as an order book you fill in by hand, and your data stays on your phone.

Reminders depend on your phone. Battery savers and notification settings can delay or silence them, so do not rely on a reminder alone for an order that matters.

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Warranty and liability

We build Yonga Orders with care, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that reading will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted or that the app is free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yonga Works is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, for a missed or mistaken order, or for decisions you make based on what the app shows. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights where you live.

Yonga Works is an independent software developer based in Türkiye. Questions and complaints go to [email protected].

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply to you. If you do not agree with them, stop using the app.
